SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS
 
A THERMAL  
TROUGH ALONG THE COAST WILL MAINTAIN MODERATE NORTH WINDS AND  
STEEP SEAS OVER THE WATERS SOUTH OF CAPE BLANCO TODAY, BRINGING  
CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT THIS AFTERNOON INTO MONDAY  
MORNING. CONDITIONS IMPROVE MONDAY INTO TUESDAY, FALLING BELOW  
ADVISORY LEVELS AND REMAINING THAT WAY INTO THURSDAY. THEN, GUSTY  
NORTH WINDS, POSSIBLY REACHING GALE FORCE, AND STEEP SEAS ARE  
LIKELY TO DEVELOP AGAIN THURSDAY NIGHT INTO NEXT WEEKEND.
