BANDS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOWFALL ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY  
MORNING, WITH SLUSHY ACCUMULATIONS AND GUSTY WINDS. SNOW WILL MIX  
WITH RAIN TOWARDS MIDDAY, TRANSITIONING TO ALL RAIN IN THE  
AFTERNOON AS TEMPERATURES RISE. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN  
EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO NOON CST FOR HEAVY SNOWFALL IN SOUTHEASTERN

IN EFFECT STARTING MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT FOR THE NORTHERN HALF AND  
STARTING AT 3 AM CST TONIGHT FOR THE SOUTHERN HALF.
