GREAT LAKES INTO WEDNESDAY. EXPECT WINDS TO SHIFT SOUTHWESTERLY  
AND BECOME GUSTY INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING AS LOW PRESSURE  
APPROACHES. BRISK SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH ELEVATED  
WAVE HEIGHTS AND FRIGID AIR TEMPERATURES TO SUPPORT HEAVY FREEZING
