SOUTHERN MINNESOTA, AND WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.  
   
DAY ONE  
TONIGHT.  
 
STRONG NORTHWESTERLY WINDS MAY GUST UP TO 35 TO 45 MPH ACROSS  
WESTERN MINNESOTA LATE THIS AFTERNOON. SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS  
WILL ALSO COMBINE WITH BREEZY WINDS TO REDUCE VISIBILITY. SNOW IS  
EXPECTED TO DIMINISH LATE TONIGHT WITH ADDITIONAL SNOW  
ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE LESS THAN ONE INCH FOR MOST LOCATIONS.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  
THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.  
 
BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL SHIFT FROM WESTERN MN TO WESTERN WI  
BEGINNING THURSDAY MORNING. WINDS GUSTS WILL RANGE NEAR 30 TO 40  
MPH BEFORE DIMINISHING THURSDAY EVENING.
