SYNOPSIS
 
THIS MORNING, A 30.0 INCH LOW IS OVER THE CHICAGO AREA  
WITH A 30.4 INCH HIGH OVER QUEBEC AND A 30.7 INCH HIGH OVER THE  
NORTHERN PLAINS. WITH THE LOW DEPARTING TO THE SOUTHEAST, HIGH  
PRESSURE WEAKENS TO 30.6 INCHES OVER THE MINNESOTA/ONTARIO BORDER  
THIS AFTERNOON. THIS HIGH PRESSURE WILL SLOWLY MEANDER EAST  
THROUGH THE WEEKEND, TRACKING OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO SATURDAY AND  
TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY SUNDAY EVENING. MONDAY, THE HIGH WILL  
BUILD TO 30.7 INCHES OVER THE NORTHEAST US WHILE A WEAK 30.0 INCH  
LOW PRESSURE APPROACHES LAKE MICHIGAN. THIS FEATURE SLIDES INTO  
THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY TUESDAY MORNING, FOLLOWED BY WEAK RIDGING
