THROUGH THE WEEKEND, TRACKING OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO ON SATURDAY  
AND TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY SUNDAY EVENING. ON MONDAY, THE  
HIGH WILL BUILD TO 30.7 INCHES OVER THE NORTHEAST U.S. WHILE A
