TROUGH WILL PERSIST OVER EASTERN LAKE SUPERIOR AND A 29.7 INCH  
CLIPPER LOW DEVELOPS OVER THE CANADIAN PRAIRIE. THE LOW WILL  
WEAKEN TO AROUND 30 INCHES BY WEDNESDAY AS IT PASSES ACROSS LAKE  
SUPERIOR. WEAK TROUGHING WILL PERSIST OVER THE LAKE INTO THURSDAY
