SYNOPSIS
 
A 30.8 INCH HIGH OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL  
CONTINUE TO EXTEND RIDGING UP TO 30.5 INCHES OVER THE WEST HALF OF  
LAKE SUPERIOR THROUGH THIS MORNING AS IT MEANDERS TOWARD KENTUCKY  
FOR LATE TODAY. MEANWHILE, A 30.3 INCH TROUGH WILL PERSIST OVER  
EASTERN LAKE SUPERIOR AND A 29.7 INCH CLIPPER LOW DEVELOPS OVER  
THE CANADIAN PRAIRIE. THE LOW WILL WEAKEN TO AROUND 30 INCHES BY  
WEDNESDAY AS IT PASSES ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR. WEAK TROUGHING WILL  
PERSIST OVER THE LAKE INTO THURSDAY MORNING BEFORE A 30.2 INCH  
RIDGE BUILDS IN FROM THE WEST THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY. THEN, A  
29.3 INCH LOW OVER HUDSON BAY DRAGS A 29.9 INCH TROUGH EASTWARD  
OVER THE LAKE THE REST OF THE WEEKEND.
