MANITOBA THIS EVENING WILL TRACK EAST-SOUTHEAST, WEAKENING TO 29.9  
INCHES AS IT CROSSES LAKE SUPERIOR DURING WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND  
WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE LOW WILL THEN TRANSITION TO A 30.0 INCH  
TROUGH BY THE TIME IT REACHES THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY LATE  
THURSDAY. IN ITS WAKE, A 30.6 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE MOVING OUT  
OVER THE PLAINS ON THURSDAY WILL WEAKEN TO 30.4 INCHES AS IT MOVES
