AND MODERATE SNOWFALL TO THE KEWEENAW PENINSULA AND SOUTH-  
CENTRAL UP. FOR THE SOUTH-CENTRAL, WINTRY PRECIPITATION WILL BE  
FALLING ON AREAS RECENTLY AFFECTED BY ICE STORM CONDITIONS, WHICH  
COULD CAUSE ADDITIONAL POWER OUTAGES AND ROAD CLOSURES. FOR MORE
