* WHERE...THE NORTH BAY.  
 
* WHEN...THROUGH LATE FRIDAY NIGHT.  
 
* IMPACTS...CREEKS AND STREAMS MAY RISE OUT OF THEIR BANKS. FLOODING  
MAY OCCUR IN POOR DRAINAGE AND URBAN AREAS. LOW-WATER CROSSINGS  
MAY BE FLOODED.

- LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN IS CONTINUING ACROSS THE WATCH AREA.  
TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN THE VALLEY  
REGIONS WITH UP TO SIX INCHES OF RAIN IN THE HIGHER  
ELEVATIONS. AREAS OF THE SONOMA COUNTY VALLEYS HAVE ALREADY
