MAINLY E TO SE WINDS AND SEAS OF 5 TO 8 FT ARE EAST OF THE  
TROUGH. THIS TROUGH WILL MERGE WITH THE NEXT FRONTAL BOUNDARY  
THAT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE EASTERN GULF BY EARLY THU, SAGGING  
SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK. MEANWHILE, POTENTIAL  
TROPICAL CYCLONE NINETEEN IS IN THE WESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA NEAR  
16.1N 80.2W AT 10 PM EST, AND IS MOVING WEST AT 8 KT. MAXIMUM  
SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 25 KT WITH GUSTS TO 35 KT, AND THE MINIMUM  
CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1005 MB. NINETEEN WILL MOVE TO 16.1N 82.1W
