CURRENTLY. DRIER CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL AFTER FRONTAL  
PASSAGE TODAY DUE TO A HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE W ATLANTIC  
OCEAN AND NE CARIBBEAN OCEAN. THROUGH THE FORECAST PERIOD,  
DRY AND CLEAR CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED WITH OCCASIONAL  
SCATTERED CLOUD DECKS AND 5-10 KT WINDS.
