MODERATE TO FRESH NORTHEAST TO EAST TRADES OVER THE  
REGIONAL WATERS WILL BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD THIS WEEKEND AS A  
SERIES OF COLD FRONTS PASS TO THE NORTH OF THE AREA. WINDS MAY  
PULSE TO STRONG SPEEDS TONIGHT INTO SAT. LONG-PERIOD NORTH  
SWELL WILL BRING ROUGH SEAS IN EXCESS OF 8 FT ACROSS THE ATLANTIC  
WATERS AND CARIBBEAN PASSAGES THROUGH THE WEEKEND, WITH AN EAST  
SWELL IMPACTING THOSE WATERS LATE THIS WEEKEND AND INTO EARLY  
NEXT WEEK.
