THE BASIN AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES FROM FLORIDA TOWARD THE CENTRAL  
BASIN THIS WEEKEND. THE RIDGE WILL SLIDE A BIT EAST FOR THE  
START OF NEXT WEEK, ALLOWING SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS TO BECOME MORE  
DOMINATE, REACHING FRESH SPEEDS ACROSS THE WESTERN GULF BY THE
