THE MIXED LAYER. THERE IS 20% CHANCE FOR TRANSPORT WINDS TO BRIEFLY SHIFT  
MORE SOUTHERLY AROUND 1300 BUT THIS COMES WITH LOW CONFIDENCE AND WILL
