AREAS OF DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITY 1 NM OR LESS IS PRESENT ACROSS  
THE WATERS. THIS FOG WILL PERSIST INTO FRIDAY MORNING BUT CONDITIONS  
SHOULD IMPROVE BY THE LATE MORNING WITH FOG LIFTING/CLEARING.  
SOME AREAS OF FOG COULD LINGER INTO THE AFTERNOON.  
 
MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN DROPS IN VISIBILITY.  
REDUCE SPEEDS AND BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR OTHER VESSELS. USE RADAR  
OR GPS NAVIGATION IF AVAILABLE, AND CONSIDER REMAINING IN HARBOR  
IF SUCH EQUIPMENT IS UNAVAILABLE.
