AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS CURRENTLY INFLUENCING THE AREA OF  
INTEREST WITH PRIMARILY NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS, SCATTERED CLOUDS,  
AND A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS. CONDITIONS AT THE SURFACE ARE  
RELATIVELY DRY, WITH MIN RH VALUES AT AROUND 7 PERCENT, WHICH WILL  
RECOVER NICELY OVERNIGHT TO AROUND 87 PERCENT, AND THEN IS EXPECTED  
TO DROP TO AROUND 26 PERCENT DURING THE AFTERNOON TOMORROW. WINDS,  
WHICH ARE GOING TO BE AROUND WILL SLIGHTLY DIMINISH OVERNIGHT AND  
BECOME OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST WITHIN THE SLOPE/VALLEY OVERNIGHT, WILL  
INCREASE AGAIN TOMORROW BACK OUT OF THE NORTHWEST INITIALLY IN THE  
MORNING AND THEN DECREASE TO NEAR CALM BY THE AFTERNOON TOMORROW,
