A FAST MOVING WEATHER SYSTEM AND ATTENDANT COLD FRONT WILL  
CONTINUE TO BRING STRONG GUSTY WINDS TO THE BLACK EAGLE DAM AREA  
THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. THE STRONGEST AND MOST PERSISTENT WINDS  
ARE EXPECTED THROUGH 1900 LOCAL TIME BEFORE SLOWLY TAPERING OFF  
THROUGH MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. EXPECT SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF 35 TO 45  
MPH FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON, WITH GUSTS GENERALLY IN  
45 TO 60 MPH RANGE. THERE IS STILL AROUND A 15% CHANCE GUSTS CAN  
EXCEED 70 MPH, PARTICULARLY DURING ANY SHOWERS. LITTLE TO NO  
PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED WITH THIS SHOWER ACTIVITY, BUT THEY MAY  
TRANSFER STRONGER WINDS FROM THE UPPER LEVELS TO THE SURFACE. ALSO  
THE WEST SOUTHWEST WIND DIRECTION WILL BECOME MORE WESTERLY  
HEADING TOWARDS THE EVENING HOURS.
