..HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE OVER PARTS OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST

A VAST PORTION OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST, GREAT BASIN AND
INTERMOUNTAIN WEST WILL BE IMPACTED OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS WITH AS
HEAVY RAIN AND HEAVY SNOW OVERSPREAD THE REGION. ARCTIC AIR WILL
QUICKLY SURGE SOUTHWARD AS THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES INLAND.

GREAT BASIN AS THE FRONT PUSHES THROUGH THE SOUTHWEST AND
CENTRAL/SOUTHERN ROCKIES BY EARLY MONDAY.

COLD CANADIAN AIR WILL SURGE INTO THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS,

UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND GREAT LAKES REGION THIS WEEKEND AND
INTO PORTIONS OF THE NORTHEAST ON MONDAY.

A FRONT EXTENDING FROM THE SOUTHERN MID-ATLANTIC TO THE WESTERN

SUNDAY MORNING AS WELL. SCATTERED TO WIDESPREAD RAIN WILL SPAN
FROM THE SOUTHERN PLAINS TO THE MID-ATLANTIC REGION. HIGHER
RAINFALL AMOUNTS/RATES ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE EASTERN TENNESSEE
