...THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER PARTS OF  
THE WESTERN OHIO VALLEY/GREAT LAKES...  
 
UPPER-LEVEL ENERGY OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES/UPPER MISSISSIPPI  
VALLEY WILL MOVE EASTWARD TO OFF THE NORTHEAST COAST OVERNIGHT  
THURSDAY WHILE ANOTHER AREA OF UPPER-LEVEL ENERGY OVER CENTRAL  
CANADA WILL REINFORCE THE ASSOCIATED BOUNDARY OVER THE  
NORTHEAST/MID-ATLANTIC COAST BY FRIDAY. THE SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE  
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE GREAT LAKES/WESTERN OHIO VALLEY  
INTO PARTS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS THAT WILL MOVE EASTWARD TO THE  
NORTHEAST/MID-ATLANTIC COAST AND INTO PARTS OF THE  
TENNESSEE/MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEYS BY THURSDAY EVENING.  
OVERNIGHT THURSDAY, THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE OFF  
THE NORTHEASTERN/MID-ATLANTIC COAST AND ENDING OVER THE TENNESSEE  
VALLEY.  
 
MEANWHILE, ONSHORE FLOW WILL AID IN PRODUCING RAIN OVER PARTS OF  
THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT AS THE ONSHORE FLOW  
WILL END ON FRIDAY. IN ADDITION, DISORGANIZED UPPER-LEVEL ENERGY  
OVER THE NORTHERN INTERMOUNTAIN REGION/GREAT BASIN WILL MOVE  
EASTWARD TO THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY FRIDAY. THE ENERGY  
WILL AID IN PRODUCING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORM OVER PARTS OF THE  
NORTHERN INTERMOUNTAIN REGION INTO PARTS OF THE NORTHERN/CENTRAL  
ROCKIES THAT WILL MOVE INTO THE PARTS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS BY  
THURSDAY MORNING. THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO  
PARTS OF THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY EXTENDING WESTWARD TO PARTS  
OF THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS BY THURSDAY EVENING. BY FRIDAY, THE  
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO THE GREAT LAKES EXTENDING  
WESTWARD TO PARTS OF THE NORTHERN/CENTRAL PLAINS.  
 
ADDITIONALLY, AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH JUST OFF THE WEST COAST WILL  
MOVE INLAND TO THE NORTHERN INTERMOUNTAIN REGION/SOUTHWEST BY  
FRIDAY WHILE INTENSIFYING. THE TROUGH WILL AID IN PRODUCING RAIN  
WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHERN  
INTERMOUNTAIN REGION ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THE REGION OF RAIN  
AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL EXPAND INTO PARTS OF THE  
NORTHERN/CENTRAL ROCKIES AND PARTS OF THE GREAT BASIN BY FRIDAY.
