..HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE OVER PARTS OF THE WESTERN GULF COAST
 
 
A FRONT EXTENDING FROM THE MID-ATLANTIC TO THE OHIO VALLEY THEN  
SOUTHWESTWARD TO THE WESTERN GULF COAST WILL LIFT SLOWLY NORTHWARD  
TO THE NORTHERN MID-ATLANTIC/LOWER GREAT LAKES AND SOUTHWARD TO  
THE CENTRAL/SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS SOUTHWESTERLY TO THE WESTERN  
GULF COAST BY MONDAY EVENING. RAIN, HEAVY AT TIMES, WILL DEVELOP  
OVER PARTS OF THE OHIO VALLEY INTO PARTS OF THE LOWER GREAT  
LAKES/NORTHERN MID-ATLANTIC THAT WILL MOVE OUT OF THE OHIO VALLEY  
BY MONDAY MORNING, WHILE THE RAIN MOVES INTO PARTS OF THE  
NORTHEAST BY MONDAY EVENING INTO TUESDAY. IN ADDITION, SHOWERS  
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP ALONG AND NEAR THE BOUNDARY FROM  
PARTS OF THE SOUTHERN OHIO/TENNESSEE VALLEYS SOUTHWESTWARD INTO  
THE WESTERN GULF COAST THAT WILL MOVE EASTWARD TO PARTS OF THE  
NORTHERN MID-ATLANTIC SOUTHWARD TO SOUTHEAST/EASTERN GULF COAST  
THEN WESTWARD INTO THE WESTERN GULF COAST, LIKEWISE, BY MONDAY  
EVENING INTO TUESDAY. FURTHERMORE, TROPICAL MOISTURE OVER THE  
SOUTHEAST/SOUTHERN MID-ATLANTIC WILL AID IN TRIGGERING SHOWERS AND  
THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE REGION THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.  
 
MEANWHILE, A FRONT EXTENDING FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO PARTS OF  
THE GREAT BASIN WILL MOVE EASTWARD TO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY  
BY MONDAY MORNING WHILE LINKING UP WITH A NEW FRONT MOVING ONSHORE  
OVER PACIFIC NORTHWEST ON MONDAY. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL  
DEVELOP ALONG THE BOUNDARY OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS THAT  
WILL MOVE EASTWARD TO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY MONDAY. THE  
SECOND FRONT WILL MOVE ONSHORE OVER THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST ON  
SUNDAY EVENING THAT WILL MOVE EASTWARD TO THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS  
SOUTHWESTWARD INTO THE GREAT BASIN/NORTHERN CALIFORNIA BY MONDAY  
EVENING. A HEAD OF THE FRONT, WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL AID IN  
PRODUCING RAIN OVER PARTS OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST THAT WILL  
SLOWLY MOVE INLAND INTO PARTS OF THE NORTHERN ROCKIES BY MONDAY  
EVENING. ADDITIONALLY, UPPER-LEVEL ENERGY OVER PARTS OF THE GREAT  
BASIN/CENTRAL ROCKIES WILL MOVE SOUTHEASTWARD TO THE SOUTHERN HIGH  
PLAINS BY MONDAY EVENING. THE ENERGY WILL AID IN PRODUCING  
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER PARTS OF THE GREAT BASIN/CENTRAL  
ROCKIES THAT WILL, LIKEWISE, MOVE SOUTHEASTWARD TO THE SOUTHERN  
HIGH PLAINS BY MONDAY EVENING, TOO.
