NORTHERN/CENTRAL PLAINS INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES...  
   
..SNOW POSSIBLE AT HIGHEST ELEVATIONS OF THE NORTHERN ROCKIES
 
 
A FRONT EXTENDING FROM PARTS OF THE MID-ATLANTIC SOUTHWESTWARD TO  
THE WESTERN GULF COAST WILL BE QUASI-STATIONARY THROUGH SATURDAY.  
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP ALONG AND NEAR THE BOUNDARY  
FROM PARTS OF THE MID-ATLANTIC TO THE SOUTHEAST AND ALONG THE  
WESTERN/CENTRAL GULF COAST THROUGH SATURDAY. RAIN WILL DEVELOP  
OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHERN MID-ATLANTIC THAT WILL MOVE  
NORTHEASTWARD INTO THE NORTHEAST THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING.  
 
MEANWHILE, A SECOND FRONT EXTENDING FROM THE UPPER GREAT LAKES  
SOUTHWESTWARD TO THE CENTRAL PLAINS THEN NORTHWESTWARD TO THE  
NORTHERN ROCKIES WILL MOVE EASTWARD TO THE NORTHEAST COAST  
SOUTHWESTWARD TO THE SOUTHERN PLAINS AND BANKED ALONG THE  
NORTHERN/CENTRAL ROCKIES BY SATURDAY. RAIN WILL DEVELOP OVER  
PARTS OF THE UPPER GREAT LAKES INTO PARTS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS  
THAT WILL MOVE EASTWARD TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES/OHIO VALLEY INTO  
PARTS OF THE CENTRAL PLAINS BY SATURDAY. RAIN WITH HIGHEST  
ELEVATION SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHERN ROCKIES AND  
NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS ENDING BY FRIDAY EVENING. LIGHT RAIN AND  
HIGHEST ELEVATION SNOW WILL RETURN TO THE NORTHERN  
ROCKIES/NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS BY SATURDAY MORNING.
