...TEMPERATURES WILL BE 10 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE OVER THE  
UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY/UPPER GREAT LAKES...  
 
A COMPLICATED FRONT OVER THE OHIO VALLEY WESTWARD TO THE MIDDLE  
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY THEN NORTHWESTWARD INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS  
WILL CONSOLIDATE ON SUNDAY OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES, MOVING  
EASTWARD TO THE NORTHEAST COAST BY LATE SUNDAY NIGHT. COLD AIR  
AND COUNTER-CLOCKWISE UPPER-LEVEL FLOW WILL AID IN PRODUCING LAKE  
EFFECT SNOW DOWNWIND FROM THE GREAT LAKES AND UPSLOPE FLOW SNOW  
OVER PARTS OF THE CENTRAL APPALACHIANS THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING. IN  
ADDITION, SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI  
VALLEY ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON THAT WILL MOVE INTO THE OHIO  
VALLEY/LOWER GREAT LAKES OVERNIGHT SATURDAY AND INTO THE NORTHEAST  
ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON INTO EVENING. THE SNOW WILL MOVE OFF THE  
NORTHEAST COAST OVERNIGHT SUNDAY.  
 
MEANWHILE, LOW PRESSURE ALONG THE FRONT OVER WEST-CENTRAL CANADA  
WILL MOVE SOUTHEASTWARD TO THE WISCONSIN/ILLINOIS BOARDER BY  
MONDAY. SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON  
SATURDAY AFTERNOON THAT WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE BY SUNDAY MORNING.  
ON SUNDAY EVENING, MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS  
OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS/UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY THAT WILL MOVE  
INTO PARTS OF THE UPPER GREAT LAKES BY MONDAY. SNOW WILL ALSO  
DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHERN/CENTRAL ROCKIES OVERNIGHT  
SUNDAY INTO MONDAY.  
 
ADDITIONALLY, MOISTURE FLOWING OFF THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO WILL  
AID IN DEVELOPING RAIN OVER WESTERN GULF COAST THROUGH SUNDAY  
EVENING. ELSEWHERE, A FRONT OVER THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA WILL HAVE  
A WAVE OF LOW PRESSURE TRAVEL ALONG THE BOUNDARY. RAIN WILL  
DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHERN TIP OF FLORIDA AND EXPAND SLIGHTLY  
NORTHWARD OVERNIGHT SATURDAY. THE RAIN WILL BECOME MORE HEAVY ON  
SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND BEGIN TO WANE OVERNIGHT SUNDAY INTO MONDAY  
MORNING.
