...TEMPERATURES WILL BE 10 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE OVER PARTS  
OF THE UPPER GREAT LAKES AND UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY...  
 
A STORM OVER THE WESTERN OHIO VALLEY WILL MOVE NORTHEASTWARD INTO  
EASTERN CANADA OVERNIGHT TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. THE STORM WILL  
PRODUCE SNOW FROM THE GREAT LAKES WESTWARD INTO THE  
NORTHERN/CENTRAL ROCKIES, WITH BLIZZARD CONDITIONS OVER PARTS OF  
NORTHERN PLAINS INTO UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY THROUGH MONDAY  
MORNING. THE SNOW OVER THE NORTHERN/CENTRAL ROCKIES AND THE  
NORTHERN/CENTRAL PLAINS WILL WANE OVERNIGHT MONDAY INTO TUESDAY  
MORNING. THE SNOW WILL MOVE INTO THE NORTHEAST OVERNIGHT MONDAY  
INTO TUESDAY EVENING. RAIN AND SNOW WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE  
ASSOCIATED FRONT OVER PARTS OF THE OHIO VALLEY SOUTHWESTWARD INTO  
THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY, ON MONDAY AFTERNOON, THAT WILL MOVE  
EASTWARD TO THE NORTHERN MID-ATLANTIC SOUTHWESTWARD TO THE  
SOUTHEAST/TENNESSEE VALLEY BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. THE RAIN AND  
SNOW WILL MOVE OFF MOST OF THE EASTERN SEABOARD OVERNIGHT TUESDAY.  
COASTAL RAIN AND SNOW WILL LINGER OVER PARTS OF NORTHERN NEW  
ENGLAND THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL LINGER OVER  
THE GREAT LAKES THROUGH WEDNESDAY, TOO.  
 
MEANWHILE, UPPER-LEVEL ENERGY OVER NORTHERN CALIFORNIA INTO PARTS  
OF THE GREAT BASIN WILL AID IN PRODUCING RAIN AND HIGHER ELEVATION  
SNOW OVER THE REGION ON TUESDAY MORNING. ON TUESDAY, VERY COLD  
HIGH PRESSURE OVER WEST-CENTRAL CANADA WILL MOVE SOUTHEASTWARD  
INTO NORTHERN PLAINS BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE HIGH WILL BRING  
VERY COLD TEMPERATURES TO THE UPPER MIDWEST WITH WIND CHILLS  
BETWEEN - 60 AND -55 F OVER PARTS OF THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY.
