NORTHERN/CENTRAL CALIFORNIA WITH RAIN OVER THE COASTAL REGIONS OF
THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST INTO CALIFORNIA. THE RAIN AND SNOW OVER THE
PACIFIC NORTHWEST WILL START TO WANE ON SUNDAY AS THE WEAK ONSHORE
FLOW ENDS. AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE
GREAT BASIN/SOUTHWEST OVERNIGHT SUNDAY. THE SNOW AND RAIN WILL
END OVER CALIFORNIA BY MONDAY MORNING. THE NEW STORM, WILL
CONTINUE TO PRODUCE SNOW OVER PARTS OF THE GREAT BASIN INTO PARTS
OF THE CENTRAL/SOUTHERN ROCKIES INTO MONDAY. HIGHER ELEVATION
