...FREEZE WARNINGS ARE IN PLACE AGAIN THIS MORNING FOR THE  
SOUTHEAST...  
 
A STRONG UPPER-LEVEL LOW OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHWEST WILL SLOWLY  
WEAKEN AND MOVE EASTWARD TO THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES BY SATURDAY.  
ENERGY RACING OUT OVER THE PLAINS AND THE GREAT BASIN WILL MOVE  
EASTWARD OFF THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST BY FRIDAY EVENING. SNOW WILL  
DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHERN/CENTRAL PLAINS AND MOVE TO THE  
MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI/OHIO VALLEYS OVERNIGHT THURSDAY AND INTO THE  
MID-ATLANTIC/CENTRAL APPALACHIANS BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON. THE  
PRECIPITATION WILL MOVE OFF THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST BY SATURDAY.  
MOISTURE WILL STREAM NORTHWARD FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO INTO LOWER  
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON THURSDAY AND INTO PARTS OF THE TENNESSEE  
VALLEY ON FRIDAY. THE MOISTURE WILL AID IN DEVELOPING RAIN OVER  
PARTS OF THE WESTERN GULF COAST ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EXPAND  
INTO PARTS OF THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI AND TENNESSEE VALLEYS  
OVERNIGHT THURSDAY. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO DEVELOP  
OVER PARTS OF THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY EARLY FRIDAY MORNING  
AND INTO PARTS OF THE TENNESSEE VALLEY BY FRIDAY EVENING. RAIN  
WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE SOUTHERN MID-ATLANTIC FRIDAY  
EVENING INTO SATURDAY. RAIN AND HIGHER ELEVATION SNOW WILL  
DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE CALIFORNIA INTO THE GREAT BASIN ON  
THURSDAY. SNOW WILL ALSO DEVELOP OVER INTERIOR PARTS OF THE  
PACIFIC NORTHWEST INTO PARTS OF THE NORTHERN/CENTRAL ROCKIES ON  
THURSDAY.  
 
ADDITIONAL ENERGY MOVING EASTWARD OVER THE PACIFIC WILL ROTATE  
AROUND THE UPPER-LEVEL LOW MOVING INTO CALIFORNIA BY THURSDAY  
EVENING AND ADVANCING EASTWARD TO THE NORTHERN/CENTRAL PLAINS BY  
SATURDAY. THE ENERGY WILL AID IN PRODUCING AN INCREASE OF SNOW  
OVER PARTS OF THE GREAT BASIN ON FRIDAY THAT WILL EXPAND INTO THE  
NORTHERN/CENTRAL PLAINS OVERNIGHT FRIDAY AND INTO PARTS OF THE  
UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY SATURDAY.  
 
ELSEWHERE, THE EASTERN HALF OF THE U.S. IS EXPECTED TO HAVE BELOW  
AVERAGE TEMPERATURES AND FREEZE WARNINGS ARE IN PLACE FOR THE  
SOUTHEAST FOR THIS MORNING BEFORE THAT AREA WARMS UP LATER TODAY  
INTO TOMORROW.
