AND E OF NOVA SCOTIA LATER TODAY INTO WED BEFORE FINALLY MOVING  
WELL E OF THE REGION. A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL PREVAIL MAINLY  
TO THE W AND SW OF THE WATERS TODAY INTO EARLY WED BEFORE THE  
RIDGE WEAKENS AND MOVES E OVER THE AREA LATER WED INTO WED NIGHT.  
A WARM FRONT WILL LIFT N TOWARD THE WATERS WED AND WED NIGHT  
WHILE DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE AND A STRONG ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT
