THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE (NWS) IS SOLICITING COMMENTS ON THE  
DISCONTINUATION OF THE MEXICAN WEATHER ROUNDUP AND THE LATIN  
AMERICA AND CARIBBEAN HOURLY WEATHER ROUNDUP (RWRMX) PRODUCTS  
THROUGH JANUARY 19, 2026.  
 
THE RWRMX PRODUCTS PROVIDE ROUTINE, STANDARDIZED HOURLY  
OBSERVATIONS FOR VARIOUS CITIES ACROSS MEXICO, CENTRAL AMERICA,  
AND THE CARIBBEAN. THESE PRODUCTS ARE FOR GENERAL PUBLIC USE  
DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY.  
 
THE INFORMATION IN THE RWRMX DUPLICATES INFORMATION AVAILABLE  
THROUGH OTHER INTERNATIONAL METEOROLOGIC SERVICES AND THIRD-  
PARTY WEATHER SERVICES.
