CONUS REMAINS EXTREMELY SENSITIVE AND WILL NOT TAKE MUCH TO BREACH  
THOSE LOW FFG THRESHOLDS CURRENTLY IN PLACE.  
 
CONSIDERING THE ENVIRONMENTAL PRIMING ANTICIPATED BY THE AFTERNOON

STRONG INSTABILITY WILL SUPPORT HEAVY RAINFALL RATES THU INTO THU
