AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW CENTERED NORTHWEST OF THE ISLANDS WILL TAP  
TROPICAL MOISTURE AND SPREAD IT ACROSS THE STATE THROUGH THE END  
OF THE WEEK. LIGHT RAIN IS FORECAST ACROSS THE STATE TODAY BEFORE  
DRYER AIR BEGINS TO WORK ITS WAY IN AHEAD OF AN ENCROACHING AREA  
OF HIGH PRESSURE ON FRIDAY. HIGH PRESSURE AND DRYER CONDITIONS  
SETTLE IN THIS WEEKEND. TROPICAL MOISTURE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS  
WEEK'S RAINFALL WILL RETURN EARLY TO THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK AS A  
NORTH-CENTRAL PACIFIC SYSTEM DEEPENS.  
 
MOIST SOUTHERLY FLOW YESTERDAY WILL GIVE WAY TO THE DOMINANT  
TRADES TODAY. HIGH PRESSURE ADVECTION INTO THE AREA ON FRIDAY WILL  
SUPPORT NORTHERLY ADVECTION ACROSS THE STATE THIS WEEKEND. THE  
NORTH-CENTRAL PACIFIC SYSTEM EARLY NEXT WEEK WILL LIKELY SHIFT  
WINDS ONCE AGAIN OUT OF THE SOUTH THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.
