LATEST GUIDANCE CONTINUES TO SHOW A TYPICAL TRADE PATTERN THROUGH
THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS, SUPPORTED BY HIGH PRESSURE MEANDERING TO THE
NORTH OF THE STATE. EXPECT BRISK TO STRONG WINDS LATE THIS WEEK
THROUGH THE WEEKEND, FOLLOWED BY SOMEWHAT LOWER WIND SPEEDS NEXT
TUESDAY-THURSDAY. ASIDE FROM AN AREA OF MOISTURE BRUSHING THE
NORTHWESTERN ISLANDS ON FRIDAY, PRECIPITABLE WATER VALUES SHOULD
REMAIN BELOW CLIMATOLOGY--HELPING TO KEEP PRIMARILY
WINDWARD/MOUNTAIN FOCUSED SHOWERS ON THE LIGHTER SIDE MOST OF THE
TIME. SOME DEGREE OF UPPER RIDGING WILL PASS THROUGH THE REGION
DURING THE WEEKEND, FOLLOWED BY AN UPPER LOW THAT MAY APPROACH
FROM THE EAST BY NEXT WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY. CLUSTERING IS STILL
BETTER THAN AVERAGE FOR THIS LATTER FEATURE BUT WITH A SLOWER
TREND VERSUS YESTERDAY'S GUIDANCE.
