AT 400 AM CDT (0900 UTC), THE CENTER OF POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE BERYL  
WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 40.9 NORTH, LONGITUDE 85.2 WEST. THE  
POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 20 MPH (31  
KM/H) AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE.  
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH (45 KM/H) WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  
LITTLE CHANGE IN STRENGTH IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.  
 
THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1000 MB (29.53 INCHES).
