SYNOPSIS  
A COLD FRONT OVER THE S WATERS WILL STALL TONIGHT AND  
WED, AND THEN WILL LIFT BACK N AS A WARM FRONT WED AND WED NIGHT.  
A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH WILL CROSS THE N WATERS TONIGHT. HIGH  
PRESSURE WILL BUILD SE OVER THE N WATERS WED, THEN SHIFT NE OF  
THE AREA WED NIGHT WHILE THE RIDGE AXIS REMAINS ACROSS OR JUST S  
OF THE SOUTHERN WATERS THROUGH SAT NIGHT. ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL  
MOVE S INTO THE N WATERS LATE THU NIGHT AND FRI, THEN MOVE ACROSS  
THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE REGION LATE FRI INTO FRI NIGHT. THE  
FRONT WILL STALL S OF THE VIRGINIA CAPES EARLY SAT AND THEN WILL  
LIFT BACK N AS A WARM FRONT SAT NIGHT INTO SUN. YET ANOTHER COLD  
FRONT WILL APPROACH THE AREA FROM THE W SUN AND MOVE INTO THE  
AREA SUN NIGHT.
