SYNOPSIS  
A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH ALONG THE CALIFORNIA COAST WILL  
SLOWLY WEAKEN THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TOMORROW MORNING. A HIGH  
PRESSURE RIDGE WILL PERSIST OVER THE WATERS THROUGH TUE BEFORE  
WEAKENING TUE NIGHT AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES. THIS FIRST FRONT  
DISSIPATES OVER THE WATERS BY WED MORNING. A SECOND FRONT ENTERS  
THE NW WATERS WED BEFORE IT TOO DISSIPATES OVER THE CENTRAL AND  
SOUTHERN WATERS WED NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS TO BUILD BACK IN  
BY THURSDAY NIGHT, CONTINUING THROUGH FRIDAY.
