FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS ACROSS CONUS. MINIMAL RAINFALL OVER THE PAST  
SEVERAL DAYS HAS ENABLED MARGINALLY DRY FUELS TO PERSIST ACROSS WEST  
TX. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT WILL BE  
CENTERED OVER OK THROUGH THE DAY SUPPORTING A DRY,  
EASTERLY/SOUTHEASTERLY FLOW ACROSS WEST TX THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.  
ALTHOUGH DRY, RELATIVE HUMIDITY REMAINING ABOVE 15% COMBINED WITH  
WIND SPEEDS OF LESS THAN 15 MPH THROUGH THE AFTERNOON, WILL LIMIT A  
BROADER FIRE WEATHER THREAT.
