* WHAT...NORTHEAST WINDS 40 TO 60 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 75 MPH.  
 
* WHERE...THOMPSON PASS.  
 
* WHEN...UNTIL 11 AM AKST THIS MORNING.  
 
* IMPACTS...HIGH WINDS COULD MOVE LOOSE DEBRIS, DAMAGE PROPERTY, AND  
CAUSE POWER OUTAGES. TRAVEL COULD BE DIFFICULT. AREAS OF BLOWING  
SNOW COULD REDUCE VISIBILITY BELOW ONE MILE AT TIMES. DRIFTING  
SNOW IS ALSO POSSIBLE ALONG THE RICHARDSON HIGHWAY.
