NEAR EQUATORIAL TROUGH...
THE NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH HAS RETREATED WESTWARD SIGNIFICANTLY,
WITH THE EASTERN HALF BECOMING A TRADE-WIND TROUGH. IT NOW RUNS FROM

TROUGHS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE WESTWARD WITH LITTLE CHANGE IN INTENSITY.

TRADE-WIND SURGE...

FEET. THE SURGE IS FORECAST TO SHOW LITTLE CHANGE IN SIZE OR
INTENSITY.
