* WHAT...URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING CAUSED BY EXCESSIVE  
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED.  
 
* WHERE...ALL OF GUAM.  
 
* WHEN...UNTIL 245 AM CHST.  
 
* IMPACTS...MINOR FLOODING IN LOW-LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.  
WATER OVER ROADWAYS. OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. RISES IN  
SMALL STREAMS.  
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...  
- AT 213 AM CHST, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN. THIS WILL  
CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING. BETWEEN 0.4 AND 1 INCH  
OF RAIN HAS FALLEN.  
- ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 0.8 TO 2.4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED  
OVER THE AREA. THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL RESULT IN MINOR  
FLOODING.  
- SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...  
DEDEDO, TAMUNING, YIGO, MANGILAO, CHALAN PAGO-ORDOT,  
BARRIGADA, YONA, HAGATNA HEIGHTS, ANDERSEN AFB, TALOFOFO,  
MONGMONG-TOTO-MAITE, SINAJANA, INARAJAN, ASAN, MERIZO, PITI,  
SANTA RITA AND UMATAC.

DANGERS OF FLOODING.
