DISCUSSION

DRY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST UNDER HIGH PRESSURE, BUT
THERE WILL BE VERY SLIGHT AND GRADUAL IMPROVEMENT THROUGH FRIDAY.
THERE WILL BE STRONG INVERSIONS EACH EVENING THROUGH EARLY MORNING,
AND THESE WILL BE DIFFICULT TO BREAK EVEN DURING THE DAY. BECAUSE OF
THIS, WINDS SHOULD REMAIN LIGHT AND VARIABLE FOR THE MOST PART, BUT
WINDS ABOVE THE SURFACE MAY MIX DOWN AT TIMES DURING THE AFTERNOONS,
WHEN THE INVERSIONS REACH THEIR WEAKEST. ANOTHER EAST WIND EVENT IS
EXPECTED FRIDAY EVENING INTO SATURDAY, PRODUCING POOR TO MODERATE
RECOVERIES AND VERY DRY DAYTIME HUMIDITIES, BUT THIS SHOULD BE BRIEF,
AS PRECIPITATION IS POSSIBLE OVER THE BURN BY MIDWEEK.
