SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS.
 
STEEP SEAS  
WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE WATERS TONIGHT, LOWERING ON SUNDAY. LATE  
MONDAY, A LOW PRESSURE CENTER OFFSHORE WILL APPROACH THE WATERS  
THEN MOVE SOUTH. SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO BUILD LATE MONDAY AND  
TUESDAY AND GUSTY NORTH WINDS ARE POSSIBLE, STRONGEST ACROSS THE  
OUTER WATERS AND SOUTH OF CAPE BLANCO. A STRONG FRONT MAY MOVE  
ACROSS THE WATERS LATE THURSDAY THROUGH LATE FRIDAY WITH A PERIOD  
OF VERY HIGH WAVES AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS POSSIBLE.
