HIGH PRESSURE WILL MAINTAIN DRY WEATHER ACROSS SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND  
TODAY. IT WILL SEASONABLY COLD WITH AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES RANGING  
IN THE 30S.  
 
ACCUMULATING SNOW OVERSPREADS THE REGION LATE THIS EVENING AND  
OVERNIGHT FROM WEST TO EAST AND CONTINUES INTO MONDAY, IN  
ASSOCIATION WITH LOW PRESSURE TRACKING SOUTH OF NEW ENGLAND. THIS  
WILL BE A PLOWABLE EVENT FOR MUCH OF THE REGION, HOWEVER SOME MIXING  
WITH SLEET OR RAIN IS POSSIBLE ALONG SOUTHERN COASTAL AREAS.  
TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL FALL BACK INTO THE 20S, THEN HIGHS ON  
MONDAY WILL TOP OUT IN THE 30S.  
 
DRIER AND COLDER CONDITIONS FOLLOW MONDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY AS  
A LARGE HIGH PRESSURE AREA BUILDS IN FROM THE WEST.  
 
AREA MAIN STEM RIVER LEVELS WILL FALL SLIGHTLY OR REMAIN NEARLY  
STATIONARY OVER THE NEXT 24 TO 48 HOURS.
