WITH A TRANSPORT TO 15 TO 20 MPH. ALTHOUGH THERE WILL BE A MODEST  
INCREASE IN MOISTURE TODAY, THE AFTERNOON MINIMUM RELATIVELY HUMIDITY  
WILL BE AROUND 30 PERCENT. THERE MAY BE SOME ISOLATED SHOWERS  
TONIGHT BUT DRY CONDITIONS EXPECTED THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. WINDS
