LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE INTO THE WESTERN GULF STATES  
THIS MORNING RESULTING IN A TIGHTENING PRESSURE GRADIENT THROUGH  
THE DAY. SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE SOUTHERLY THROUGH THE  
DAY WITH INCREASING SPEEDS. SURFACE WIND SPEEDS THIS AFTERNOON  
WILL BE AROUND 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH. FOG IS NOT EXPECTED  
TONIGHT AS WINDS WILL REMAIN AROUND 10 MPH OVERNIGHT. THE COLD  
FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA FRIDAY MORNING WITH SHOWERS AND  
THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE AROUND DAYBREAK. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS  
WILL CONTINUE FRIDAY MORNING ALONG WITH VERY STRONG AND GUSTY  
WINDS AND THE POTENTIAL FOR SOME SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
