SOUTHWESTERLY DURING THE DAY WITH SPEEDS AROUND 5 TO 9 MPH
THIS AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE LIGHT THIS MORNING
BUT SHOULD BECOME SOUTHERLY TO SOUTHWESTERLY AROUND 10 MPH OR
