...FIRE DANGER STATEMENT IN EFFECT FROM NOON EST TODAY THROUGH  
THIS EVENING...  
 
LOW FUEL MOISTURES, AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY UNDER 30% AND  
WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH WITH FREQUENT GUSTS AROUND 25 MPH WILL INCREASE  
FIRE DANGER FROM MIDDAY THROUGH THE AFTERNOON INTO EARLY EVENING.  
WINDS WILL START TO DECREASE IN THE EVENING WITH RELATIVE  
HUMIDITY RISING TO 40 TO 50%.
