HIGHEST WINDS OCCURRING ALONG AND WEST OF THE MISSOURI RIVER.  
AFTERNOON RH VALUES WILL REMAIN ABOVE 50 PERCENT. A STORM SYSTEM WILL  
CROSS THE AREA LATE TONIGHT AND THROUGH THE DAY ON SUNDAY. THE  
SYSTEM WILL BRING A GOOD CHANCE OF SHOWERS, MAINLY EAST OF THE  
MISSOURI RIVER VALLEY.
