GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS AND CHILLY TEMPERATURES WILL ONCE AGAIN BE THE  
RULE TODAY ACROSS THE AREA. OCCASIONAL LIGHT RAIN, LIGHT SNOW OR A  
MIXTURE OF BOTH WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR NORTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA INTO WEST-  
CENTRAL MINNESOTA. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL BE LOWEST DURING  
THE AFTERNOON HOURS ACROSS THE MISSOURI VALLEY. GRASSLAND FIRE  
DANGER WILL BE HITTING THE HIGH TO VERY HIGH CATEGORY ACROSS CENTRAL  
AND WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE STATE.

BURNING CONDITIONS EXIST. FIRES WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY AND  
SHOW ERRATIC BEHAVIOR. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
