AND COLD TEMPERATURES TO THE LISTENING AREA. HIGH TEMPERATURES  
WILL REMAIN STUCK IN THE UPPER SINGLE DIGITS TO MID TEENS THIS  
AFTERNOON. SOME CLEARING IN THE CLOUD COVER TONIGHT WILL ALLOW TEMPS  
TO FALL INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE AND BELOW ZERO. WIND CHILL  
VALUES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 5 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO NOT ONLY THROUGH  
THE MORNING TODAY BUT AGAIN OVERNIGHT TONIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING.  
HIGH TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY WILL BE SLIGHTLY WARMER WITH READINGS IN  
THE UPPER TEENS TO MID 20S.
