THE FIRST ROUND OF LIGHT SNOW WILL EXIT THIS MORNING. AREAS OF  
BLOWING SNOW ARE EXPECTED AS SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH WITH  
HIGHER GUSTS COMBINE WITH FALLING SNOW AND SNOW ALREADY ON THE  
GROUND.  
 
ANOTHER ROUND OF SNOW WILL PUSH INTO CENTRAL SD EARLY THIS  
EVENING BEFORE EXITING TUESDAY MORNING. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO  
3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED WITH HIGHEST AMOUNTS WEST OF THE MISSOURI  
RIVER. ALSO, THERE IS A CHANCE OF LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE IN  
CENTRAL SD.
