FOLLOWING AREAS, IN EAST TENNESSEE, ANDERSON, BLEDSOE, BRADLEY,  
CAMPBELL, CLAIBORNE, EAST POLK, GRAINGER, HAMILTON, HANCOCK,  
KNOX, LOUDON, MARION, MCMINN, MEIGS, MORGAN, NORTHWEST BLOUNT,  
NORTHWEST MONROE, RHEA, ROANE, SCOTT TN, SEQUATCHIE, SOUTHEAST  
MONROE, UNION, AND WEST POLK. IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA, LEE AND  
WISE.

ELEVATED RIVER LEVELS.  
 
 
* LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL HAVE THE GREATEST RISK  
FOR FLOODING. CREEKS, STREAMS, AND MAIN STEM RIVERS MAY ALSO  
FLOOD.
