THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EASTERN UTAH AND WESTERN  
COLORADO.  
   
DAY ONE
 
TODAY AND TONIGHT  
 
SOUTHWEST WINDS GUSTING 35 TO 60 MPH IN SOME AREAS AHEAD OF A  
STRONG COLD FRONT MOVING THROUGH THE REGION THIS MORNING AND INTO  
THE EARLY AFTERNOON. SNOW SHOWERS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE  
MORNING OVER THE MOUNTAINS BECOMING HEAVY AT TIMES WITH BLOWING  
SNOW AND NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY. EXPECT WET ROADS TO FREEZE RAPIDLY  
AS THE COLD FRONT PASSES. SHOWERS AND WINDS WILL DECREASE THROUGH  
THE AFTERNOON AS THE FRONT MOVES EAST OUT OF THE AREA.
