OF THE POTOMAC HIGHLANDS AND NORTH CENTRAL MARYLAND OVERNIGHT  
AND EARLY THIS MORNING, WITH ALL LOCATIONS RECEIVING LESS THAN  
A QUARTER INCH OF RAIN. NO CHANGES IN RIVER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED  
ACROSS THE REGION. IT WILL BE MAINLY DRY FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS,  
WITH ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED.  
 
THERE IS A SPECIAL WATER QUALITY RELEASE FROM JENNINGS RANDOLPH  
RESERVOIR SCHEDULED THIS WEEKEND FOR A 24 HOUR PERIOD FROM  
11 AM SATURDAY THROUGH 11 AM SUNDAY. A RELEASE OF 1,000 CUBIC  
FEET PER SECOND WILL TAKE PLACE FOR THIS PERIOD. THE FLOW WILL  
RETURN TO 225 CUBIC FEET PER SECOND BY 11 AM SUNDAY.
